What we are looking for:
Store Manager
The Store Manager’s primary job is to make sure that all company goals and standards are met or exceeded at their location. Daily duties include renting storage units and taking rental payments, for example. The Store Manager also works to control delinquencies at their location by performing collection activities. But above all, they are expected to provide excellent customer service!
Assistant Store Manager
The Assistant Store Manager performs many of the same basic duties as the Property Manager at one or more locations. They might be expected to perform minor custodial duties and facility maintenance, such as cleaning out empty storage units. In addition, they may be expected to operate the location in the Store Manager’s absence.
